Calico / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Baby : : Medium
“Meet Beatrix! Beatrix is truly a miracle baby. Already sickly before her mother disappeared, she and her sister Lucy were left for three to four days abandoned before a kind woman who found them reached out to us. Beatrix was severely dehydrated and underweight when she got to her foster home. Beatrix was three weeks old and only weighed 3.7 ounces. She was very lethargic, and the foster mentioned that she might be a hospice case for her because she didn’t think Beatrix would make it. Instead, Beatrix had a strong will to live. Beatrix got her name after her foster found out that it means “Bringer of joy”, and that name fits her so well. She does just that; Beatrix has a playful side, but she is a big cuddler and relatively calm. She does well with dogs and other cats, however she has not had any experience around children yet, but most kittens adjust quickly. Beatrix is small despite her age and will likely be a small adult cat.” To adopt, please fill out the adoption application here:
